Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both patients and clinics.
Free cancellation
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. The booking fee will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
Within 24 hours of your appointment
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, cancellation is not possible and the booking fee is not refunded. This policy protects clinics from late cancellations and allows them to offer your slot to another patient.
How to cancel
If you have an account: Sign in and go to My Bookings to view and cancel your upcoming appointments.
If you booked as a guest: Email bookings@mail.findmydoctor.jp with your booking reference and request to cancel. We will process your request within one business day.
